Senior Football: Junior Football League: St. Dominics 1-10 : St Croans 4-9. Dominics lost out to a very strong Croans side on Sunday last in Round 1 of the Junior League played in Ballintubber. Croans dominated the midfield area through Brian Mullins and the Dominics defence were under pressure at all times doing well to trail by just 1-5 to 0-4 at the break. Croans dominated the second half with the aid of the breeze and found scores easier to come by. They ran out deserving winners in the end.
