Senior Hurling: The game scheduled on Saturday 28th April at home was awarded to St. Dominics.
Senior Football: In the King & Moffatt Building Services Junior Championship on Friday 27th April in Ballyforan the team lost out 1-8 to 1-4 to Padraig Pearses.
Camogie: As the Camogie season kicks back into gear, training will be returning for all age groups shortly. U-14: Our U-14s have already started back training under the watchful eyes of Kevin Rogers and Liam Murray, currently they are training on Thursday evenings at 7pm at the pitch. Ladies Football: Training has started for our U-6, U-8 and U-10 girls each Saturday at St. Johns Community Center, please contact Rory Curid for further details on 0862258027. Minor Hurling: Hurling for our U-8 and U-10 boys continues each Wednesday evening from 6pm at the pitch. There will be a limited amount of spare hurling helmet/ hurls if you are new to hurling and would like to give it a go. Our U-10 hurlers continue to train each Sunday morning 10am at Knockcroghery National School astro pitch. The U-12 boys train every Monday at 6pm sharp at St. Johns astro turf. Minor Football: Our U-14s Division 4 team played in a very entertaining game in Johnstown on Thursday last, 26th April and were unlucky to concede a goal at the end to come away with a draw. Our Division 3 played a very strong Michael Glaveys/Eire Og team away on Sunday 29th April. Credit to the team, they kept going to the end.
