Club AGM: The Club AGM will be held on Friday 17th November.
Social Initiative Outing: Our Social Initiative outing will take place this year on Wednesday 1st November 2017. This year we plan to go to Belfast and take in both the Titanic Experience and the Black Cab Tour which gives us an in depth insight into our troubled past. We will be travelling in style once again this year on the Club Rossie bus and an evening meal will be provided, together with refreshments during the day. Alan Gatley Tournament: The tournament this year will take place on Sunday, 29th October starting at 1pm with under age hurling, Camogie game at 2pm and hurling game at 3pm. All money raised will go to Roscommon palliative care. Please support.
Senior Football: Congratulations to the Junior A team and management on a hard fought win 0-10 to 0-09 in the relegation playoff versus St. Josephs, Kilteevan in wet and windy conditions played in Kilteevan. U20 Division 1B Championship 2017 starts with away match v Clann na nGael in Johnstown on Sunday 29th October at 12:00.
Camogie: Our Hodson Bay Hotel sponsored Senior team’s Pat Barrett Connacht Junior A Cup Final was postponed. The girls are due to play Shamrocks from Loughrea, Co. Galway.
Ladies Football: Commiserations to our minor ladies who lost to Clann na nGael in the Championship final on Sunday 22nd October. Conditions were excellent at Ballyforan and going in at half time the St. Dominics ladies were just a few points down having put in an excellent first half display.
